How soon will I receive my order?

Processing times can vary, but we strive to process orders within 1-2 days. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on orders over £50 or free express delivery on orders over £100.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

We work with two trusted and ethical suppliers based in Henan, China.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from a variety of materials, each chosen for its quality, durability, and suitability. We mainly use organic cotton and bamboo

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

No, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are continuously looking at ways to enhance our services and appreciate your understanding.
